Journey
(Final Revision)
Journey
And I was traveling along the road
As I was carrying a heavy load
My path, the road— the zigzag road was dark
And I could find no light, just void—no spark
The silence, deafened all, and senses fail
No sound, was found, not even whispers sail
Then from afar, a spark, then crimson light
But still, it’s void—just void—it’s none but blight
And I, my knees, then shivered—then fell
And all was there—was nothing—none but hell

Journey
I walked, along a road,
Burdened with heavy load
The sky was dark
No light, no spark
No sound
Was found
Then, crimson light
It’s none but blight
And on my knees I fell
I see nothing but hell
